Pocket fabric of choice (lining or cotton) ½ yard and matching thread

Pillow Basics

Make a decorative pillow for your home. This beginner friendly project includes understanding how to measure for a pillow cover, installing a zipper, and options for trims.

PJ Pants:
Make a wardrobe staple

In this one day workshop, you will make your own elastic waist PJ pants using a sewing pattern. Learn how to choose appropriate size, adjust for length, and follow pattern instructions. Great first garment project.

Pattern Manipulation

Learn to fit an existing pattern to your body. Make changes to bust or bicep, neckline or sleeves. Gain an overview of fitting techniques and pattern adjustments.
Geared for intermediate makers, you will work with sample patterns to make common changes. Learn how to translate garment issues to the flat pattern.
